My video is called Dude! wheres my arm? its a zombie clip where a zombie is in the college lift and eats kerry. I think the whole filming went well even though it was rather rushed but it was very funny filming it everyone enjoyed it very much. the only thing was it was too rushed so it didnt go to plan therefore the video changed from my idea. but i dont mind because it went well in the end and the editing was a pain too! every time i edited it something went wrong and i lost it. what a pain! on the day of the deadline i just about finished it all and i am very relieved. i also when i was filming i did it very late in the week when everyone was editing i was filming so therefore i need to think about time more when this happens next time.
The people i used were people in my class and i was pleased they could help, that wasn't to plan either but as i say went well. i was meant to use other people but Amber Duffy stepped in for Caitlin Ball because she wanted to do it.
i used the hall of the college right by the lifts/ library and realised it wasn't a very good idea, as there were allot of people walking past we had to use signs at the start of the hall to stop people from walking in the shots. we also used the lifts this was also complicated as it was small to fit the camera in there and had to not show the reflection of the camera in the mirror so we had to have it as an angle. after it was done it went very well i thought, but next time i should plan better.

Today i re uploaded my footage again, i edited it and then added a fuzzy/ static screen at the end of the footage. i thought this went very well, i had to use various editors as my footage was quite scratched and wasnt working to well. so this might have been the problem why it wasnt working. but now i have finished it looks very good and im heppy with it now.

Today my footage wasnt there so i re uploaded my video and successfully finished it with full editing and clips. i saved it and was very pleased. its now missing again... so now i have to do it again!

Today i uploaded my zombie video footage onto Imovie HD and tried to edit it, it was fuzzy but then through the film it worked! i edited it by cutting it down and putting it in the right places. At first it wasnt going right so i left it.

Today i did my filming, my idea has changed a bit more than my original idea.

Actors:
jen kelly - zombie girl
eldridge- survivor 1
kerry amos- survivor 2
caitlin ball- survivor 3

it changed to a more easier idea where it was based in the lift and kerry got bitten by jen. the whole idea is now based in the lift, whereas it was based up staires on level 4. the zombie is in the lift with the other charactors and kerry gets bitten in the end and the charactors are all high on weed so they dont really know whats real and whats not.

today i successfully finished my storyboard in pencil and done ll the shots i want and also written it out. my risk assesment form has also been completed. My treatment has also been produced with all the information it has needed such as the title of my production for example mine is called : Dude! wheres my arm?! it also has to be 3 mins long maximum and the format is mini D.V. it includes type of auience, story resume and a charactor resume.

Today im writing more of my paper work like the treatment, storyboard shooting schedule and production schedule.

Today i am drawing up my storyboard in draft, and draweing out what type of shots i want in the scenes. i am drawing up the 3 minuete scene i am filming for my production so i know how i want the shots and characters etc.
